Printing at home, finally
For years my photos lived on hard drives and phone screens. This spring I bought a modest photo printer and set a rule: four prints a month, chosen on the last Sunday.
Choosing four is harder than taking four hundred. It forces a kind of editing I never did before. The prints go into a simple box, one envelope per month.
The box is already more satisfying to flip through than any album app I have used.
